Hey there...

Welcome to Toonami Fan, the people's Toonami site. This isn't another random anime fansite; it's a repository of articles and commentary on what made Toonami great. The place is just getting started and we've got a ton of ground to cover, so set your favorites and kick back. I'd also appreciate it if you leave some comments on the articles as they come out.

Better yet, get involved for real! Drop me an email and pitch your idea for an article. This place is called Toonami Fan for a reason - it's because it's not just my soapbox. You can share your opinion and your memories with everyone. Internet glory (or something close) is just a submission away. All I ask is that you clear the topic with me beforehand and be open to some editing to make sure it's up to standards.

So why do all this? Well, the simple truth is that the Toonami spirit that ushered in the new millenium is in danger of fading away, forever. Regardless of schedules, time slots, and ratings, let's make sure that doesn't happen. Besides, is there anyone better suited for the job? Hardly. The Revolution was televised, and we were witness. So stand with me, and we can make this vision a reality.

March 1st, 2010:

Just a shout-out to the faithful. How is post-Toonami life going? Hit us up on the forums and speak your mind. What shows are out now that you think would have done well on Toonami, and how do you think the animation world is doing in the post-Toonami vacuum?

In the meantime, check out Jason DeMarco's (aka DJ Clarknova) latest set of ill mixes right here, entitled the Apocalypse Mix.

That was the end, beautiful friends. Adios, Toonami.

February 27th, 2008:

I'm proud to announce that Toonami Fan has joined the Inner Circle Alliance. We hope to complement the stellar content already available on the network with fresh thoughts, editorials, and commentary from you - the fans. Here's to many more years of riding the revolution. Cheers.

We now have forums! Click on through to the boards and register, not only to comment on the articles that appear here on Toonami Fan, but also to talk about Toonami in general or anything else that's on your mind. Think of it as a debriefing room for the Revolutionaries.

Transferred to new address; please update your bookmarks. Reorganized article system for easier access and browsing. There is now an RSS feed avaliable at the top of the page. This is the best way to get instant updates on new articles, so please use it! This change was big enough that I deleted the transitory news updates. Take notice, Internet - Toonami Fan has arrived.

January 29th, 2008:

On this date, Toonami Fan is born to somberly melodic shades of dark grey. History is vindicated; the rest of the internet is rendered meaningless. The terms "favorite" and "bookmark" lose all definition as web surfers across the globe direct their homepages to Toonami Fan and cease all other internet use. MSN.com and Yahoo.com try in vain to attract traffic with "Top Ten Anime Grandma" articles, but the editors themselves are too obsessed with Toonami Fan and the F5 key to put in much effort. Global domination is imminent. From the Absolution, TOM and Sarah look on with approval. Moltar is too preoccupied with pleasurable company on a beach in San Diego to notice.
